1. Create an Account and Login
Step 1: Access the Login Page
Visit the Max Apparel website at https://maxapparel.com/ and click on the "Login" or "My Account" button.
Step 2: Register Your Account
Enter your email address and choose a password. Click "Register" or "Create Account".
Step 3: Confirm Your Email
Check your email for a confirmation link from Max Apparel and click it to verify your account.
Step 4: Log In
Return to the Max Apparel website and log in with your new credentials.
2. Ordering Information
Online Ordering
You can always place your order online at https://maxapparel.com/.
Assisted Ordering
If you need assistance with your order:
- For cap orders, email your PO to [email protected]
- For safety apparel orders, email your PO to [email protected]
Someone will enter the order right away.
Quick Turn Ordering
- Choose from 20 best-selling styles with numerous color options.
- Add logos - includes 2 free logos + free setup.
- Select logo locations from available options.
Full Customization Ordering
- Choose a pre-designed style or create your own.
- Select fit, visor style, and closure type.
- Choose fabrics and colors.
- Add logos, text, or flags - includes 3 free logos and free setup.
- Review and approve virtual proof and sample.
Note: Use PO number format XXXXXX (6 digits) when ordering.
Logo Requirements
When sending logos, we require vectored art. If you don't have vectored art, our artist can redraw it for a $24.50 per hour redraw fee.
