How to Price Emblems
Price Includes: Pressure sensitive, low melt, and heat seal backing.
Add On Costs:
- Metallic Thread: Add 25%
- More than 6 Thread Colors: Add 10% per extra color
- Velcro Backing: Add 25%
To determine the size of your emblem, use the formula:
Size = (Width + Height) / 2
How to Order Emblems
1. Client’s Request
Obtain the design details, quantity needed, special requirements, and required delivery date.
2. Creating a New Design in Shopworks
- Open Shopworks and create a new design. A unique ID_Design number is generated.
- Enter the client name in the "Company" field and save.
3. Creating a Sales Order in Shopworks
- Open a new sales order in Shopworks.
- In the "Shopworks Order #" field, enter the assigned order number.
- Add line items ("emblem" or "DD" for digitizing), include design details, quantity, and due date.
4. Sending the Design to Yung Ming Embroidery
- Email the design details to: [email protected].
- Include the Shopworks Order #, ID_Design, in-hands date, and any rush requirements.
5. Receiving Yung Ming's Design Identifier
- Yung Ming will provide a UM design number.
- Update Shopworks Title field to include the UM number for easy reference.
6. Quotation and Approval
- Request a quote from Yung Ming for the patch quantity.
- Review the quote and confirm if acceptable. Send approval to Yung Ming if approved.
7. Purchase Order (PO) Generation
- Create a PO in Shopworks including all relevant details (Order #, ID_Design, UM number, quantity, shipping details).
- Email the PO to [email protected].
8. Order Tracking and Updates
- Maintain communication with Yung Ming to track the order’s progress.
- Provide the client with regular updates.
9. Receiving and Quality Check
- Upon receiving the patches, verify quality and accuracy.
- Update the order status in Shopworks.
10. Delivery and Invoicing
- Arrange delivery of the patches to the client.
- Send the invoice and track payment status.
Keep clear records of the Shopworks Order #, ID_Design, and Yung Ming UM design number for easy tracking, reorders, and resolving any issues.
